Merry Christmas!

It was a merry Christmas here, that's for sure!

Lots of photography related goodies received.

High on the list was Work of Heart Photography's workbook which has been so inspirational in getting my business started and making photography more than a hobby for me.

I also received "The Art of Children Portraiture".

And...Santa is running late with my final gift, a 580ex II flash! YAY!

Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you took lots of photos - I will be putting some up and posting more frequently when my Christmas visitors have gone home :)

Welcome

To all my friends, family, fellow photographers and other followers,

Welcome to my new blog. After spending the last ~12 months getting to know my camera, I am ready to build my portfolio and begin taking photos professionally.

Recently, I lodged my business name. I wanted something simple. Something that could also be used to describe my partner service - birth support and childbirth education.

And so... {Nurtured} by Jen was born.

I am excited about the experiences and challenges that will come as I embark on this new journey.

I look forward to meeting new people during some of the most special times of their lives.

I feel honoured that I am able to give them the gift of precious memories - moments captured forever.
